Since 2017, the couple behind Minnesota Valley Furniture and Decor have worked to grow and refine our respective skills in the areas of furniture refinishing, furniture building, and creation of unique home decor.

With equal parts vision, know how, and artistic backgrounds; we see and allow a piece’s potential to truly come to life. Whether it’s French Provincial, Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern or somewhere in between; the furniture is given a second life. Cleaned, stripped or sanded, cleaned again, refinished, given new hardware or refinished original hardware, imperfections fixed, joints re-secured, and finish protected – all with high quality products designed to last for decades to come.

As our skills have grown, so has our tool collection. The additional tools have allowed us to – on occasion – build custom crafted furnishings. No matter what the project is, we aren’t afraid approach it and do what needs to be done to result in a quality finished product. Yes, we routinely consider keeping many of the finished pieces for our own but we love sharing the stunning creations – whether they are dressers, night stands, coffee tables, dining sets, buffets, hutches, side or end tables, desks, or more – with others!
